PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following forms of payment:

No convenience fee:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Venmo
  • Zelle

Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay:
Are subject to a 3% convenience fee. This includes in-person payments, deposits, packages, memberships, and any charges related to cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans are available through third-party financing providers such as Affirm, Klarna, and similar services.

  • Minimum purchase amount: $500
  • All payment plans are subject to a 3% convenience fee
  • Approval is determined by the financing provider
  • Terms, interest, and repayment schedules are set by the third-party provider and are not controlled by our practice

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

A valid credit card on file and/or deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Appointments “ON HOLD” without a card on file will be automatically cancelled in 24 hours if a valid card is not added. 

Deposits (aka Service Retainers, Booking Deposits, etc) are applied toward your scheduled service and are not an extra fee.

All deposits (aka service retainers, booking deposits, etc) and/or charges related to late cancellation, no-show, late arrival, illness, or any other missed appointments are non-refundable under any circumstance.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We require advance notice to cancel or reschedule appointments:

  • Esthetic services: 24-hour notice required
  • Permanent makeup services: 48-hour notice required

Failure to provide the required notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file.

Messages sent via email, social media, marketing company or personal staff numbers are NOT accepted forms of cancellation.

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule. This will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to applicable fees.

If you are running late, please contact the office immediately. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee provider or facility availability.

NO-SHOW POLICY (Esthetics & Permanent Makeup)

Each appointment reserves dedicated time with our provider team and prevents other clients from booking that time.

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service fee, plus any applicable convenience or transaction fees

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed appointments.

NO-SHOW POLICY (Medical Esthetics)

Each appointment reserves dedicated clinical time with our provider team and prevents other clients from booking that time.

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

All no-show appointments will result in:

  • Forfeiture of any deposit or retainer on file, AND
  • A $200 no-show fee per 30-minute reserved provider time block, plus any applicable convenience or transaction fees

For injectable services (including Botox and dermal fillers), fees are based on reserved clinical time, not product usage or units administered.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed appointments under any circumstance.

Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or requirement of full prepayment for future appointments.

PREPAID SERVICES / PACKAGES

Missed appointments or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session from any package or series purchased. 

The above mentioned policies apply, all “store credit” from packages previously purchased and can/will be redeemed towards missed appointment/no-show fees and determined based upon the above referenced policy that was violated. 

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS / VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS / GOOD FAITH EXAMS

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS with our clinical team are part of certain treatment pathways and are required per our safety protocols

  • Missed follow up appointments (virtual or in person) are not exempt from the cancellation policies referenced above and are subject to the same fees
  • If a good faith exam is completed with a member of our clinical team and the client does not proceed with treatment a $100 exam fee will be charged

PRE & POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

Pre-care and post-care instructions are provided for all services via email at the time of booking. It is the clients responsibility to review and follow these instructions ahead of time. 

Failure to properly prepare and follow pre-treatement instructions may result in refusal of service and applicable missed appointment fees.

Clients are responsible for arriving fully prepared for their appointment.

Any contraindicated referenced in the pretreatment instructions and/or consent forms may require rescheduling and applicable missed appointment fees if not disclosed in advance.

Clients are encouraged to contact our office and/or send clear photos for review prior to appointments when unsure.

PERMANENT MAKEUP FOLLOW-UP POLICY

A required follow-up appointment must be completed no sooner than 8 weeks after the initial appointment and no more than 16 weeks after the initial procedure.

Failure to complete the follow-up within this timeframe will result in the appointment being considered incomplete, requiring a repeat of the initial service at full price.

Annual color boosts FOR EXISTING CLIENTS are only eligible within:

  • 12–18 months (microblading)
  • 18–24 months (powder/ombre brows)

Outside of these timeframes, corrective pricing applies.

PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP

Clients with prior permanent makeup must submit clear photos before booking.

Failure to disclose prior work may result in the inability to perform service and a 50% missed appointment fee. If the provider recommends removal before any additional PMU can be done and the client does not agree to move forward with removal at that time, there will be a 50% service fee charged for a missed appointment.

SKIN CONDITIONS / CONTRAINDICATIONS

Active breakouts, infections, cold sores, or skin irregularities in the treatment area must be disclosed prior to appointment. Please contact our office to discuss any issues. 

If not disclosed at least 24 hours in advance and discovered at appointment time, a 50% missed appointment fee will apply.

We may refuse service if conditions present a safety concern.

PAYMENT DISPUTES / CHARGEBACK POLICY

By booking an appointment and placing a card on file, the client authorizes our practice to store and use the payment method on file for services rendered, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, and other agreed-upon charges in accordance with our policies.

In the event a chargeback or payment dispute is filed and resolved in favor of the business, the client remains responsible for any fees incurred as a result of the dispute, including but not limited to bank fees, administrative costs, and processing penalties.

These fees may be invoiced separately or charged to the payment method on file where permitted.

We strongly encourage clients to contact our office directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a dispute.

POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
